Unless otherwise stated:

 

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

 

After the refund window closes, no refunds will be issued.

If you sign up to a membership:

 

• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access and collections procedures.

 

The following are non-refundable:

 

• Downloadable digital products

• Administrative or application fees
